Meghan Barnard — An Integrated Life; Human to Human Connection and Commitment through Every Pivot

A master of pivoting, Meghan Barnard has lived in cities all around the globe and worn more hats than most in 100 lifetimes. She’s the first to say that human to human connection is the secret sauce to long standing relationships no matter where you live or what role you play. And through her 30-year, committed marriage to Joe, a Special Operator in the Air Force to multiple duty stations and mom to two sons, Meghan has found her a life full of experiences, loving grit, and most importantly, how to shift, change and "move off the x" in my relationships and career. It is the lens from which she’s created her life. Meghan currently lives in Chattanooga, Tennessee; and has lived in Jacksonville, Florida, Hawaii, Virginia, New Mexico, Georgia, and Japan. She continues to love a life of adventure and is passionate about helping others live their best and healthiest life. Skilled and trained in a variety of Yoga teaching modalities including Power Yoga, Trauma Informed Yoga and Yoga Nidra, Meghan’s background is in Dance Performance, Choreography and Instruction, Massage Therapy, Marketing, Brand and Business Development, public speaking, sales, as well as social media and event planning and execution. After her most recent role as Admissions Director at The Forge School, Meghan now holds the role as lead Health Coach in charge of weight loss at Nutrition World in Chattanooga. Pivot to her just means embracing every connection and every commitment.
